For many years, I have been supporting start-ups in all development phases, from the company formation, through financing rounds, shareholders' and investment agreements, convertible loan agreements, employee participation programs to a successful exit.

I assist with retaining or acquiring Austrian citizenship and advise on settlement rights and residence permits. In particular, I regularly support victims of the Nazi regime who were deported or forced to flee Austria, as well as their descendants, in acquiring or retaining Austrian citizenship.
