As the author of numerous specialist publications, I am an expert in corporate and business law, contracts, start-up consulting, civil proceedings, and competition law, as well as IT, IP, and data law. As part of my cooperation with the Austrian Business Agency, I support foreign companies in legal matters entering the Austrian market. Furthermore, I provide founders with my legal expertise as a mentor at Venturecake, Austria's first co-owned accelerator for start-ups.
