Lawyer for citizenship and residence law
I help private individuals with prudent legal advice to retain or acquire Austrian citizenship through naturalization or notification. I also advise on matters relating to settlement and residence law.
A particular focus of my practice lies on citizenship proceedings under Section 58c of the Austrian Citizenship Act. In these cases, I advise and represent descendants of individuals who fled Austria due to persecution under the National Socialist regime. Through this work, I have assisted clients from around the world in successfully obtaining or retaining Austrian citizenship.
